Facing Foreclosure

I recently spoke with a homeowner who had received a ‘Lis Pendens’ and wanted to avoid the pending legal action and potential destruction of their credit rating. The homeowner was concerned that they wouldn’t be able to sell the house fast enough to avoid the foreclosure unless they sold it at a fire sale price. I was able to help by offering a fair price and the ability to close right away. Buy selling me the property, the homeowner was also able to save more than 5% in closing costs since they did not have to pay a real estate commission.
