It is certainly possible but each person’s situation and house is unique. For that reason, the best answer here is that I have a system I use to figure out a fair price that works for both of us. If I can’t create a win-win solution that we are both happy with, I won’t buy the house.

The first thing I do is take the time to understand you and what you need. Next I review the property and learn everything that gives it value. I also take a look at anything that needs to be fixed or improved to give it the best opportunity for its next owner. Finally I sit down with you and go over the offers that you have to choose from and let you decide which one works best for you.

Remember my goal is to find a way to help you with your situation. One of my specialties is taking the time to figure out more than one way to purchase your home and giving you the opportunity to decide which one will work best for you.
